WEN STUDIO is an interdisciplinary design firm founded in 2014 by Wen Yang in New York. Our expertise ranges from architectural design to interior design and installation. We cultivate the highest aspirations of our clients in a context of thoroughly researched historical, cultural, and environmental influences. WEN YANG has been practicing architectural design and interior design in New York and California for 7 years. She has accomplished multiple scales and types of projects. She holds a Masters of Architecture from the Pratt Institute in New York and a Bachelors of Architecture from the Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, where she was the recipient of the Academic Excellence Scholarship three years running. She won 1st Prize in the National Student Architectural Design Competition in 2007. Her work was nominated at the New World Architectural Conception Design 2008. Her work got into the Finalist of ONE Price ‘Smart Dock’ in 2012. Her winning work and nominated work has been published in multiple online and print journals in the United States and China.
