Dr. George Shan shared strategies for publishing in top-tier international journals. He outlined the core criteria used in the initial editorial screening and the full peer-review process. Drawing on case studies from the International Journal of Applied Information Sciences (IJAIS) and Energy & Production (E&P), he explained the distinct expectations of different journals and guided scholars on how to position their research contributions accurately and respond effectively to reviewers’ comments. He also identified common pitfalls Chinese scholars face when submitting to international journals, emphasizing that improving publication success requires formulating clear research questions, making substantial theoretical contributions, and carefully selecting the most suitable journal.

单元，澳大利亚University of Western Australia副教授，研究领域集中于公司治理及其在会计与金融领域中的相关问题，主要包括公司创新、人工智能、网络安全等。近年来，他已在Journal of Business Ethics、British Accounting Review等国际学术期刊上发表论文50余篇。单元副教授持有澳大利亚特许会计师（CA）、澳大利亚注册会计师（CPA）、公共会计师协会会员（MIPA）及澳大利亚注册管理会计师（CMA）资格，并曾在南澳大学、巴拉瑞特大学、阿德莱德大学以及意大利罗马第二大学等多所高校任教。
